Registration includes:

As part of the conference program, we are offering an accompanying person package for partners or spouses of delegates attending the conference.

The cost of €320 includes all the above and can be booked through registration.

Terms and Conditions

Registration Cancellation Policy:

Up to 29 August 2019

After 29 August 2019 and to 13 September 2019 – 50% refund

From 14 September 2019 – no refund

Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Up to 21 June 2019 – no charge

After 22 June 2019 – charged in full

Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangements.

Payment deadline and conditions

Full payment must be received before the corresponding deadline to benefit from early registration fees.  Any registration fees still outstanding two weeks after the close of the early bird deadline will be automatically upgraded to the normal registration fee.

Changes, substitutions and cancellations of registration

Notifications of changes or cancellations must be made in writing and sent to from info2019@obssa.co.za                       

Cancellation and refund policy

All applicable refunds will be made after the conference.  Bank service charges and all administrative fees will be deducted before any refund is paid.

Accommodation

Conference venue [29 & 30 September and 1 October 2019]

The conference will take place at a secluded conference venue, namely Bakubung Game Lodge. 

The INFO 2019 conference has secured the entire Bakubung Game Lodge, but we suggest delegates reserve their rooms as soon as possible as there are limited space available.  Delegates that cannot be accommodated at Bakubung will be hosted at their sister lodge, approximately 15 minutes drive (shuttle service will be provided).

Rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, direct-dial telephones, electric shaving plugs, coffee and tea making facilities, a hairdryer, international multi plugs, electronic safe and minibar stocked on request.

The lodge provides guests with 500MB of complimentary Wi-Fi every day.
